Branch Manager (Marketing and Training)

Location: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan; onsite, remote, and travel-based work formats are available

Salary: USD 900–1,000 gross per month

What you will do

• Design and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to increase brand visibility.
• Train and develop team members.
• Organize marketing video contests to increase social media engagement and brand awareness.
• Manage social media pages and publish promotional content, videos, and campaign materials.
• Monitor daily sales, maintain records, and prepare performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Relevant experience in marketing and team management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English, Russian, and Kyrgyz, including reading and writing.
