Client Solutions Associate (Finance)

Location: Tokyo, Japan; on-site client visits and office-based training are required. The role requires proof of work eligibility in Japan.

What you will do

• Provide consulting and customer support to asset management and securities company clients through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Support clients in obtaining data from terminals and feeds.
• Create analytical models using Microsoft Excel and support portfolio and quantitative analysis tools.
• Conduct client training, seminars, and desk-side or group sessions.
• Manage assigned accounts and help clients maximize the value of hirify.global's platform.
• Contribute to large-scale projects that optimize client workflows and develop expertise across products, clients, and the financial industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
• Exceptional communication skills and experience in, or strong interest in, client-facing work.
• Strong knowledge of PC applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Genuine interest in finance, commercial awareness, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Proof of eligibility to work in Japan.

Nice to have

• Background in finance, business, IT, mathematics, or economics.
• Experience in the financial industry.
