Head of FP&A - Growth & Strategy

Location: Singapore; on-site. The role has a global remit.

What you will do

• Lead global FP&A for the central Growth and Strategy team across Ingredients and Food Service.
• Develop long-term strategic plans and identify growth drivers and value-creation opportunities across strategy, marketing, business development, and innovation.
• Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, KPI development, and performance reporting.
• Provide financial modelling, scenario analysis, investment appraisal, pricing insights, and benefit-realisation tracking.
• Strengthen financial governance, risk management, data integrity, and FP&A systems, including SAP S4, Power BI, and AI-enabled forecasting.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing FP&A team while influencing senior stakeholders and partnering with Group Finance and commercial teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, and financial leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading enterprise planning, forecasting, performance management, and high-performing teams.
• Experience partnering with senior and executive stakeholders; FMCG, food ingredients, or complex multinational experience is preferred.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, modelling, investment appraisal, scenario planning, risk analysis, and financial reporting skills.
• Advanced Excel and experience with Power BI, SAP, SAC, and ERP systems.

Nice to have

• CA, CPA, CFA, or CMA qualification.
• FMCG, food ingredients, or complex multinational experience.
