MRO Trainee/OJT (Aircraft Maintenance)

What you will do

• Support maintenance engineers, senior engineers, supervisors, and management staff with aircraft maintenance and servicing.
• Perform supervised basic or elementary maintenance activities on aircraft airframes, powerplant systems, and related components.
• Assist with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in accordance with current aircraft maintenance manuals and technical references.
• Support component tear-down, testing, inspections, troubleshooting, repair, and modification activities.
• Complete delegated tasks efficiently without compromising quality or safety standards.
• Handle reasonable administrative and other work-related tasks within the scope of the role.

Requirements

• Student-level candidate interested in aircraft maintenance and MRO operations.
• Must work physically in Pasay City and be available for onsite maintenance activities.
• Must not begin maintenance work unsupervised; the presence of an A&P or avionics engineer or senior engineer is required before each specific task.
• Quality and safety mindset, attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Good written and oral communication skills, sociability, and ability to promote teamwork.
