Senior Engineer, Design and FA Support (NAND Flash)

Location: Shanghai, China; onsite at the hirify.global Minhang Office

What you will do

• Investigate customer-reported NAND flash failures from a design perspective.
• Prepare root cause analysis reports for product development teams and the customer-facing Failure Analysis team.
• Use failure analysis insights to recommend screening and stress improvements.
• Propose Design for Testability improvements to enhance future product testability.
• Support logic and analog design verification during lower Failure Analysis workloads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in logic, analog, or memory IC design.
• Proficiency in Verilog and Verdi for logic verification, or experience with Hspice or Finesim for analog verification.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, self-management, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
