Analyst II, Quality Engineer - Supply Chain-2

Location: Onsite in Searcy, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $80,000–$120,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone or stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead process-improvement methods including 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, and time-and-motion studies within a distribution-center area.
• Analyze quality KPIs, identify losses and deviations, and create standard work to reduce process variation.
• Manage projects addressing major quality losses and lead quality-related savings initiatives.
• Support the deployment of the Quality Excellence Walmart Performance System and provide input on playbook improvements and project replication.
• Build quality-loss profiles, gap analyses, and performance metrics while supporting department managers with improvement programs and associate engagement.
• Develop associates and area managers through training, mentoring, assignment coordination, and performance support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, prior Quality or Process Improvement experience, or at least two years of relevant work experience.
• Microsoft Office Suite and analytical skills.
• Experience applying quality, process-improvement, or KPI-analysis methods.
• Ability to work onsite at the Searcy, Arkansas distribution-center location.

Nice to have

• Co-op or internship experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution.
• Knowledge of Lean or continuous-improvement tools.
• Applied knowledge of Quality Management System elements such as Statistical Process Control, FMEA, and quality KPIs.
