Full-Stack Developer (AI)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; flexible hybrid working model

What you will do

• Own features end to end, from stakeholder discussions and implementation through production release and monitoring.
• Build internal tools that help marketing teams plan across global and local markets.
• Develop across the full stack, including frontend, backend, databases, Azure cloud, and API integrations.
• Integrate AI capabilities into product interfaces using agentic coding tools such as Claude Code.
• Maintain shipped products, document implementation decisions, and contribute to how the team builds software.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping real products as a full-stack developer.
• Experience building and deploying web applications end to end.
• Experience with frontend, backend, relational databases, Azure cloud, and API integrations.
• Ability to manage database schema changes carefully.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar, with the ability to critically review generated code.
• Ability to ship working software, ask questions early, document implementations, and maintain delivered products.
