Senior Associate Solutions Designer (AI/ML)

Location: US - Austin, TX; hybrid position with at least 3 days in the office

Salary: $110,700–$171,800 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility

What you will do

• Design and architect robust, scalable infrastructure solutions for on-premises and public cloud environments.
• Integrate AI/ML frameworks, chatbots, agents, LLMs, and generative AI capabilities into automation solutions.
• Lead technical initiatives that automate workflows and improve developer experience.
• Build secure, highly available cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
• Create standard automation templates for public cloud infrastructure and platform deployments.
• Deliver and integrate solutions across hybrid cloud environments.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience with a bachelor's or advanced degree; preferred candidates have 5 or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience with cloud automation, hybrid cloud infrastructure, production systems, cloud migration, and containerized environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks, LLMs, generative AI applications, or AI-powered development tools.
• Programming experience with Python, Java, or Go, plus CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Git.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix, networking, certificate and secret management, API design, microservices, distributed systems, and troubleshooting Kubernetes deployments.
