Automation & Workflow Assistant (AI)

Location: Remote from Manila, Philippines. The role is performed from home or a personal office, with 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Specific working hours and timezone overlap are discussed during the interview.

Changing Lives Productions is the in-house video production company of hirify.global, producing scripted positive content for global audiences across major social media platforms.

What you will do

• Assist the Automation Lead with designing, building, and testing internal automation workflows.
• Write and maintain lightweight scripts for internal tools, data processing, and task automation.
• Support agentic AI pipelines through prompt configuration, tool integration, and basic testing.
• Monitor running automations, log issues, and escalate errors promptly.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, validate data, format outputs, and flag anomalies.
• Maintain documentation, meeting notes, task tracking, and workflow specifications while collaborating across teams.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate programming skills; Python is preferred, while JavaScript or Bash is a plus.
• At least one completed AI certification, with agentic workflows, prompt engineering, or AI orchestration certifications prioritized.
• Demonstrable understanding of agentic AI workflows, including agents, tools, and orchestration.
• Strong written communication skills for documentation and reporting.
• Organized and detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Remote work from Manila, Philippines, with use of hirify.global time-tracking software to log and submit work hours.
