Automation & Workflow Assistant (AI)

Location: Remote from home or a personal office; department location listed as Manila, Philippines. The role requires use of hirify.global time-tracking software. Typical schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday; specific hours and timezone overlap are discussed during the interview.

What you will do

• Assist the Automation Lead with designing, building, and testing internal automation workflows.
• Write and maintain lightweight scripts for internal tools, data processing, and task automation.
• Support agentic AI pipeline setup, including prompt configuration, tool integration, and basic testing.
• Monitor running automations, log issues, and escalate errors promptly.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports by compiling data, formatting outputs, and flagging anomalies.
• Update documentation, take meeting notes, track tasks, gather requirements, and document workflow specifications across teams.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate programming skills; Python is preferred.
• At least one completed AI certification, such as AI for Everyone, Generative AI Fundamentals, Azure AI Fundamentals, Intro to Generative AI, AWS Cloud Practitioner AI track, AI Agents Course, LangChain Certified Developer, or an equivalent certification. Agentic workflow, prompt engineering, or AI orchestration certifications are prioritized.
• Demonstrable understanding of agentic AI workflows, including agents, tools, and orchestration.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks without dropping them.
• Strong written communication skills for documentation and reporting.

Nice to have
