Supervisor, Inventory Accounting

Location: La Aurora, Heredia, Costa Rica

What you will do

• Oversee the Inventory Accounting team during month-end close activities and monthly performance reviews.
• Review and approve inventory reconciliations, accounting entries, and related tasks in BlackLine.
• Coordinate with Global Process Owners, local finance teams, A2R teams, external providers, and Costa Rica GBS workstreams.
• Drive process improvements across inventory transactions, reporting, tools, and shared finance processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, local regulations, service-level agreements, SOX, and corporate controls.
• Develop high-performing teams, provide financial expertise on regional and global projects, and support inventory operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing and/or inventory accounting or related areas.
• At least 2 years of experience leading accounting teams.
• Experience with process-focused work, continuous improvement, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of JDE, GME, PRMS, or MAXIMO.
• Additional experience in manufacturing and/or inventory accounting.
