What you will do

• Review applications from companies seeking admission of debt and fund securities to listing and trading on hirify.global markets.
• Apply ENX and EU regulatory standards to listing and trading applications consistently and within deadlines.
• Liaise with listing agents, legal firms, service providers, international financial firms, and the Central Bank.
• Support policy development, ENX rule books, and regulatory solutions for customers.
• Deliver a positive and differentiated customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a legal, financial services, or transferable firm.
• Understanding of capital markets and debt securities.
• Knowledge or experience of EU securities legislation.
• Strong analytical, written, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent English required.
