Admissions Advisor - Trainee (Bonds and Funds)

What you will do

• Apply hirify.global and EU regulatory standards to listing and trading applications.
• Review applications for admission of debt and fund securities to hirify.global markets.
• Liaise with listing agents, legal firms, service providers, international financial firms, and the Central Bank.
• Support policy development, hirify.global rule books, and regulatory solutions for customers.
• Deliver a positive customer experience throughout the admissions process.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a legal, financial services, or transferable firm.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, written, communication, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Understanding of capital markets and debt securities, with knowledge of EU securities legislation advantageous.
• Fluent English required; French is advantageous.

• Experience with artificial intelligence tools or processes.
