Scientist (Cancer Diagnostics)

What you will do

• Contribute to multiple high-priority R&D projects across discovery, optimisation, validation, and transfer.
• Generate experimental data for assigned projects.
• Design, perform, and interpret experiments using automated staining instrumentation.
• Collaborate within the wider R&D organisation and gain exposure to different project types.
• Learn and apply product development processes in a regulated environment.

Requirements

• At least one year of laboratory experience, including experience gained during higher education studies.
• A degree in a scientific subject.
• Understanding of immunohistochemistry, cancer biology, or antibody technology.
• Ability to work fully on-site in Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience in immunohistochemistry.
