Associate Scientist (Laboratory)

What you will do

• Perform and document analytical procedures according to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct routine data analysis and verify that results meet acceptable tolerances.
• Prepare analytical results for upload to the LIMS system under senior staff guidance.
• Support quality investigations, deviation resolution, and laboratory procedure updates.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment, and document assigned activities.
• Train laboratory personnel in areas of demonstrated competency and escalate unusual results or performance errors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, preferably in chemistry, biology, or medical laboratory technology.
• At least 6 months of experience in a regulated laboratory environment.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques, GLP, laboratory safety, and infection control practices.
• Experience with automation or specialized laboratory equipment.
• Accurate laboratory calculations, strong computer skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and effective collaboration skills.
