Events Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with New York City strongly preferred and London as an alternative; regular presence in both locations and travel approximately 2–3 times per month.

What you will do

• Plan and execute hirify.global-led and co-sponsored events across the East Coast and Europe, from logistics through attribution.
• Host events on-site as the events manager and representative of hirify.global, resolving venue and operational issues in real time.
• Source and coordinate third-party event vendors, including catering, audiovisual, photography, videography, greeters, and venue staff.
• Partner with commercial and DataLab research teams to align event programming and design with business and researcher community goals.
• Connect events to pipeline generation, account expansion, partnership opportunities, and other commercial outcomes.
• Create social media content and improve marketing playbooks, activations, and event planning processes.

Requirements

• Personally owned B2B conferences, corporate dinners, or hosted activations from logistics through post-event wrap-up.
• Demonstrated ability to connect large- and small-scale events to measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects without losing detail.
• Hospitality, hosting, project management, and generalist marketing skills, including social media and campaign support.
• Experience working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with rapidly changing priorities.
• Comfort with ambiguity, resourcefulness, tight budgets, last-minute problem-solving, and building systems from scratch.
