What you will do
- Lead platform software architecture, development, and system integration across AUTOSAR, embedded software, automotive networking, and MCU platforms.
- Serve as the technical expert for platform software and embedded systems.
- Define technical solutions, make architecture decisions, and resolve complex software, hardware, and integration challenges.
- Support customers across Greater China with system integration, architecture definition, debugging, and technical issue resolution.
- Drive customer engagements and solution adoption while mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional problem solving.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with the AUTOSAR Classic Platform.
- Deep expertise in Vector AUTOSAR stack, OS, BSW, MCAL, and system integration.
- Strong knowledge of embedded software, MCU architecture, and AUTOSAR integration.
- Demonstrated technical leadership in platform architecture, technical decision-making, mentoring, and cross-functional problem solving.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of non-AUTOSAR RTOS and automotive Ethernet technologies such as TSN and AVB/AVTP.
