TL;DR
Project Analyst, APAC (Hedge Fund Operations): Coordinating portfolio-manager requests, cross-functional projects, and broker and counterparty onboarding across six hedge-fund strategies with an accent on stakeholder management, workflow analysis, and operational controls. Focus on translating investment-team needs into process and system solutions, tracking complex deliverables, and improving request-management tooling.
Location: Singapore office. Candidates must be eligible to work in Hong Kong or Singapore.

is a global multi-strategy hedge fund operating six strategies across its APAC business: Credit, Fundamental Equities, Macro, Systematic, Commodities, and Equity Arbitrage.
What you will do
- Act as a first point of contact for portfolio managers and desk staff, capturing, routing, and tracking requests.
- Coordinate projects and deliverables across Investment, Operations, Trading, Risk, Technology, Product Control, Legal & Compliance, Treasury, and Tax.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into process or system solutions and keep approvals, conditions, milestones, and timelines accurate.
- Analyze data and workflows to identify automation and efficiency opportunities, and improve request-tracking processes and tooling.
- Prepare project documentation, dashboards, management reports, and materials for governance forums.
- Coordinate new broker and counterparty onboarding end-to-end while maintaining inventory and reference data.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates are welcome.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, initiative, and ability to manage multiple moving parts through completion.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
- Eligibility to work in Hong Kong or Singapore.
Nice to have
- Experience or familiarity with financial instruments across equities, credit, rates, FX, commodities, and derivatives.
- Awareness of trade lifecycle processes, broker or counterparty onboarding, or hedge-fund operations.
- Ability to code in Python, SQL, or VBA.
- Strong academic record and analytical or critical-thinking ability.
