Internship: Sales // Data Analysis // Design

Location: Onsite in Polanco, Mexico; 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Internship period: January 2027 to December 2027, with a start date of January 18, 2027. Estimated graduation date must be December 2027 or later.

What you will do

• Analyze Power BI reports, dashboards, CRM data, and sales system information to generate insights for commercial decisions.
• Maintain sales opportunity pipelines, customer information, and commercial records in collaboration with sales teams.
• Support customer management, sales operations, forecasting, and equipment production planning with the IBP team.
• Develop scripts, reports, and tools to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Evaluate processes, identify opportunities to reduce time or steps, and improve response times and team performance.
• Support design activities, review layouts, and validate the ink distribution process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's studies in progress in administration, business, international business, software engineering, industrial engineering, marketing, commercial relations, or a related field.
• Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Power BI knowledge is desirable; training in SAP and programming software will be provided for relevant positions.
• English required: advanced fluency for Sales, or intermediate conversational, reading, and writing skills for Data Analysis and Design.
• Availability for an onsite 2027 internship in Polanco, Mexico, from January through December.

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, Six Sigma fundamentals, root cause analysis, data analysis and visualization, or project management.

Hiring process

• Application review: August 31 to September 25, 2026.
• Video interview: September 7 to October 16, followed by interviews from October 19 to October 30.
• Admission is planned for November 2 to November 27, with the internship starting January 18, 2027.
