What you will do

• Develop client presentations and reports using industry research, mathematical models, and statistical techniques for TMT-sector topics.
• Analyze M&A, leveraged buyouts, public listings, financing alternatives, and other transactions using DCF, sum-of-the-parts, public comparables, and precedent transactions.
• Review accounting and regulatory statements, debt and equity filings, financial projections, and client models to provide financial and economic advice.
• Support due diligence, legal-document drafting, roadshows, transaction execution, and coordination with investment banks and other parties.
• Work with senior bankers, product experts, client management teams, and working groups to address financial, market, and economic issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record and at least 1 year of work experience, or an MBA with relevant experience.
• Significant investment banking experience, including buy-side and sell-side M&A and equity and debt financing transactions.
• Experience with due diligence and transaction execution processes.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, including DCF, LBO, merger modeling, comparable companies, and precedent transactions.
• Experience preparing and maintaining industry and company presentations, benchmarking materials, and process documents.
• Strong team orientation and ability to work effectively with members of multiple groups and regions.
• Ability to build relationships with a wide range of people and act as a point of contact.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong work ethic, motivation, attention to detail, integrity, initiative, and leadership qualities.
• Ability to develop into a senior TMT investment banking professional.
