What you will do
- Execute end-to-end intercompany accounting activities for assigned processes and entities.
- Post, match, clear, monitor, reconcile, and substantiate intercompany balances and transactions.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities in line with the global close calendar.
- Follow up on open and aged items and support intercompany dispute resolution with global partners.
- Maintain process documentation and data quality during system changes, migrations, and transformations.
- Identify inefficiencies and support automation, standardization, and process optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 18–24 months of relevant accounting or finance operations experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn global processes and systems.
Nice to have
- Experience in shared services, finance operations, or accounting roles.
- Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
- Interest in process improvement or transformation.
