Product Marketing Manager (AI)

Stylio is an AI-powered fashion app developed as a startup-style product within the established company hirify.global.

What you will do

• Own and optimize web funnels across Meta, AppLovin, Google, and other traffic sources.
• Run A/B tests and measure their impact on ARPU, CVR, LTV, and overall funnel performance.
• Launch and validate new funnels, sales angles, and localized experiences.
• Build and prioritize a backlog of growth hypotheses and experiments.
• Align the product experience with marketing promises and collaborate with design, development, and QA.
• Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to generate growth insights.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in product marketing, growth, or B2C monetization.
• Strong understanding of funnel metrics and subscription economics.
• Experience running A/B tests, measuring impact, and defining experiment priorities.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking and experience using Amplitude, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Experience with paid traffic products, dashboards, and conversion-rate analysis.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design and development teams.

Nice to have

• Experience launching new sales angles or positioning experiments.
• Experience with web funnel builders and basic no-code tools or frontend logic.
• Interest in fashion, style, or visual aesthetics.
