Analytical Technical Manager - Body Care

Location: Neuilly-sur-Seine, France; based at the Scent Creative Center.

What you will do

• Lead global analytical competitive intelligence for the Body Care category.
• Define governance frameworks and oversee Consumer Product Analysis projects.
• Generate insights supporting category strategies, creative development, and business growth.
• Collaborate with analytical, IC&D, R&D, category, and global cross-functional teams.
• Develop analytical tools, software solutions, methods, and best-practice standards.
• Maintain and expand analytical equipment and infrastructure, including collaboration with external suppliers and laboratories.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Analytical Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
• Significant experience in analytical sciences applied to fragrances and complex Body Care or Personal Care formulations.
• Minimum of 5 years of team leadership and global project coordination experience.
• Expertise in GC, GC-MS, extraction methodologies, quantification, and analytical method development.
• Experience with complex product matrices, method standardization, and innovation-driven technical environments.
• Strong scientific, leadership, collaboration, stakeholder management, and business insight translation skills.

• Interest or experience in data analytics tools and software development.
