Senior Product Manager (Live Streaming)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid schedule with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home

What you will do

• Build and maintain the product roadmap, track feature progress, and report on milestones.
• Own the registration domain, including funnel health, conversion, and platform-specific issues.
• Partner with user acquisition teams to improve marketing funnels and convert incoming traffic into activated users.
• Drive domain features from concept through launch and ensure a high-quality end-user experience.
• Prioritize the backlog based on impact, technical feasibility, and business goals.
• Execute the feature roadmap for the streaming family of applications.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years working on consumer mobile applications for iOS, Android, or web products at multi-million MAU scale.
• Experience delivering features end-to-end, from problem framing through post-launch measurement.
• Hands-on ownership of registration, onboarding, or activation funnels with measurable conversion impact.
• Ability to independently validate data using tools such as Amplitude or Looker and design statistically defensible A/B tests.
• Ability to use AI tools and frameworks for research, prototyping, analytics, specification writing, and decision-making.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch and with attribution and deep-linking data.
• Experience in live streaming, social, UGC, or dating products.
• Exposure to monetization mechanics such as virtual goods, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
