What you will do

• Own procurement strategies for key raw-material commodities and manage €20–30M in spend across six countries.
• Lead allocation processes, multi-country commodity projects, supplier negotiations, tenders, contracts, and long-term agreements.
• Optimize the supplier base across cost, quality, sustainability, reliability, and risk exposure.
• Coordinate forecasting, planning, pricing management, purchasing master data, and contract renewals.
• Evaluate supplier performance and support regional internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, Finance, Quality, Sustainability, HSE, Logistics, and local production teams.

Requirements

• Experience in procurement or supply chain, with knowledge of procurement processes, category management, and organizational structures.
• Expertise in market intelligence, purchasing strategies, cost-improvement initiatives, and procurement best practices.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
• Results-oriented approach, agility, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, data analysis, and data management capabilities.
• Experience in a matrix organization is advantageous.
