Project Engineering Manager (Industrial Engineering)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams across large EPC projects.
• Own the engineering scope from design through commissioning and handover.
• Develop engineering strategies, quality plans, and cost controls.
• Manage technical risks, issues, changes, project timelines, deliverables, and documentation quality.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, technical specifications, and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers, reporting to the Project Director and aligning engineering with commercial goals.

Requirements

• Extensive technical expertise in plant construction and industrial engineering.
• Strong multidisciplinary technical expertise and good knowledge of engineering processes and products.
• Experience managing contracts with commercial and legal awareness.
• Ability to manage people with different project responsibilities and adapt solutions to relevant circumstances.
• Strong communication, conflict mediation, and problem-solving skills.
