Manufacturing Engineering Manager (CNC)

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary manufacturing engineering, design, and CNC programming teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of production processes and manufacturing methodologies using Lean practices.
• Lead the industrialization of new products and integrate new production capabilities.
• Coordinate technical activities across process engineering, applications, and production teams.
• Select, procure, install, and integrate machinery, automation, and specialized tooling.
• Manage technical and industrial projects while optimizing workflows, shop-floor layouts, CNC processes, productivity, quality, precision, and capacity.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in industrial production or manufacturing engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or technical management.
• Practical experience implementing and improving Lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Experience with machinery, automation, specialized tooling, production workflows, and manufacturing layouts.
• Technical expertise in CNC programming and precision-machining equipment, including lathes, milling machines, or grinding machines.
• Fluent French and English.
