Marketing Specialist (Managed Services)

Location: Part-time role based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end events, conferences, trade shows, client events and partner activations across Australia and New Zealand.
• Manage event logistics, registrations, booths, signage, merchandise, suppliers and attendee communications.
• Support campaign execution across webinars, events, sales enablement, partner campaigns and content distribution.
• Coordinate brochures, presentation decks, campaign assets and other client-facing marketing collateral.
• Maintain marketing governance documentation, MDF processes, workflows, budgets, purchase orders and invoices.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, agencies, vendors and strategic partners while reporting on campaign and event outcomes.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign activation, marketing operations or event management.
• Experience coordinating events, conferences, booths and partner activations.
• Experience developing and managing marketing collateral and presentation materials.
• Strong project management, organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation development capabilities.
• Ability to be based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia, and work part time.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting vendor-funded marketing programs and MDF activities.
• Experience in the technology, managed services or professional services sector.
