Principal Product Manager (Agentic AI)

What you will do

• Define the roadmap for an Agentic Orchestration product area, including agent runtime, planning and routing, human-in-the-loop, governance, or process composition.
• Turn advances in reasoning, tool use, and long-horizon planning into practical enterprise features.
• Build ecosystems for agents, processes, and connectors that support reuse and scale.
• Use AI-assisted tools for customer research synthesis, specifications, prototyping, and evaluations.
• Partner with engineering, research, GTM, customer success, field teams, and enterprise customers on positioning, adoption, and expansion.
• Define product metrics such as task success rate, intervention rate, cost per completion, and time to value.

Requirements

• 5+ combined years in product management and engineering, including at least 1 year as a professional engineer or solutions architect.
• Deep technical experience shipping products with engineering and applied AI or research teams.
• Experience launching products with distribution or commercial success, preferably in enterprise SaaS, automation, workflow, iPaaS, or developer platforms.
• Hands-on experience with frontier models, agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or MCP, and tool-use or orchestration systems.
• Practical AI literacy, data synthesis skills, and comfort with SQL or notebooks.
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication with executives, enterprise buyers, engineers, and researchers.

Nice to have

• Prompt engineering, evaluations, or fine-tuning workflows on customer data.
• Background in BPM, RPA, iPaaS, or enterprise workflow platforms.
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or the public sector.
• Additional language skills.
