TL;DR
Data Scientist (AI/GenAI) (Machine Learning and Generative AI): Building rapid prototypes, MVPs, ML models, LLM and RAG solutions, and GenAI chatbots with an accent on model development, data preprocessing, and enterprise integration. Focus on evaluating and optimizing model performance, monitoring bias and hallucinations, and implementing feedback loops for continuous improvement.

What you will do
- Execute proofs of concept and MVPs for machine learning and Generative AI projects.
- Develop, refine, and deploy supervised and unsupervised ML models.
- Build LLM, RAG, and chatbot solutions and collaborate with AI Engineers on enterprise integration.
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze data while working with Data Engineers on data pipelines.
- Evaluate and optimize models, monitor GenAI outputs for bias, hallucinations, and accuracy, and implement feedback loops.
- Document model development, code, findings, and best practices for reproducible AI and ML delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI-related roles.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying ML models.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and model development.
- Familiarity with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, along with data visualization and exploratory data analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, learning, and attention-to-detail skills.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, and chatbot development.
- Basic knowledge of MLOps tools such as MLflow or Airflow.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP for AI/ML model deployment.
