Data Scientist – AWS

Location: Remote from Poland; valid visa for Poland required. Flexible work includes visiting the local office for team collaboration.

What you will do

• Develop, train, and optimize machine learning, predictive analytics, and Generative AI solutions for business challenges.
• Prepare and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring quality and suitability for data science and AI use cases.
• Design, build, and evaluate ML models, LLM-powered applications, and AI-driven workflows using AWS services.
• Troubleshoot and improve model performance, data pipelines, and AI applications across cloud environments.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, estimate project effort, and support solution design and delivery planning.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to present findings, communicate recommendations, and deliver project objectives.

Requirements

• Professional experience in data, AI, or cloud-focused roles such as Data Scientist, ML Engineer, Data Engineer, Python Developer, or Cloud Engineer.
• Strong Python and SQL skills, including experience with large and complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience with AWS data and AI services such as Amazon S3, AWS Glue, Amazon Athena, Amazon Redshift, or Amazon SageMaker.
• Experience applying machine learning, predictive analytics, statistical models, or AI-driven solutions to business problems.
• Experience or strong interest in Generative AI, including Amazon Bedrock, LLMs, prompt engineering, and cloud-based AI solutions.
• Fluent or professional Polish and English, written and verbal; valid visa for Poland required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI Agents, RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Apache Spark, or AWS certifications.
