Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland). Must be based in the Warsaw office with an office-centric schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).

Salary: 29,000 PLN - 32,900 PLN (gross monthly)

What you will do

• Design and analyze experiments to measure the impact of new product features.
• Investigate collaborative patterns of successful teams to inform product strategy.
• Develop new metrics and aggregations within the data warehouse.
• Build predictive models to forecast growth trajectories for different customer segments.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and business teams for data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience applying data science to drive technical product development.
• Fluency in Python or Scala and proficiency in SQL.
• Expertise in statistical methods, experimental design, and analysis.
• Experience with distributed data processing systems like Spark or Redshift.
• Knowledge of advanced statistical modeling (GLM, mixed effects) or machine learning.
