Solution Innovation Analyst

What you will do

• Support the intake, prioritization, routing, formatting, and tracking of RFP requests for the Sales and Solutions Consulting teams.
• Administer user access, permissions, and content in Ombud and Consensus.
• Coordinate Infosec questionnaire responses with Technical Solutions Consulting, Legal, Security, and Post-Sales teams.
• Maintain demo videos and interactive product tours, keeping the content library organized and current.
• Use Descript to edit and produce demo videos and other digital content.
• Provide Account Executives with clear updates on RFP status, timelines, and next steps.

Requirements

• Based in the Paris office and able to work in a hybrid setup.
• Fluent English required.
• Entry-level or early-career profile with 1–3 years of experience.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, written accuracy, and ability to manage tight deadlines.
• Process-minded, proactive, communicative, coachable, and collaborative.
• Comfortable using AI tools to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience in the software industry or in operational work.
• Interest in developing toward broader Solutions Consulting responsibilities.
