Senior UiPath Automation Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex, scalable Intelligent Automation solutions using UiPath.
• Integrate automation workflows with APIs, SQL databases, and enterprise systems.
• Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level automation engineers.
• Participate in code reviews and CI/CD activities, including automated unit and integration testing.
• Diagnose complex defects, optimize performance bottlenecks, and stabilize processes before handoff to support teams.
• Improve consulting service offerings by following automation industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Intelligent Automation software engineering.
• Deep experience developing complex workflows with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, SQL databases, API integrations, and Git.
• Ability to reverse-engineer legacy processes and design efficient modern architectures.
• Clear communication of technical challenges and solutions to engineering peers and project management.

Nice to have

• Consulting or client-facing experience.
• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification.
• Experience or interest in process mining, low-code platforms, conversational AI, or UiPath Test Suite.
• Experience with Automation Anywhere or Power Automate.
