Junior Graphic Designer

Location: Minsk, Belarus; hybrid/remote work opportunity

Salary: $600 per month net

National Retail Solutions provides sales management software and POS equipment for small and medium-sized retailers, including advertising, data analysis, and payment processing.

What you will do

• Create illustrations, icons, badges, banners, empty states, onboarding visuals, promotional modules, and other product graphics.
• Work with UI/UX designers to integrate visual assets into product flows and interfaces.
• Develop scalable iconography, illustration sets, reusable assets, and visual libraries.
• Prepare assets for different screen sizes, resolutions, themes, and platforms.
• Create simple motion graphics and micro-animations where they improve the product experience.
• Collaborate with designers and developers, participate in design reviews, and iterate on feedback.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience in graphic, visual, or digital design; strong internship, freelance, or personal product work is also considered.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design fundamentals and digital work.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects, plus working knowledge of Figma.
• Strong understanding of composition, color, typography, visual hierarchy, shape, vector graphics, icons, and illustrations.
• Experience preparing organized, production-ready files and assets in formats such as SVG, PNG, and WebP.
• English communication at minimum B2 level and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI-assisted image or asset-generation tools in a design workflow.
