Quality Manager (Transformers)

Location: Dammam, Ash Sharqiyah, Saudi Arabia; willingness to be based in Dammam is required

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain the factory quality management system.
• Lead the Quality department, including material inspection and process control teams.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and relevant industry quality standards.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support customer audits and quality-related communications.
• Establish quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering, or Quality Management.
• At least 8 years of quality management experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
• Experience in transformer or heavy electrical equipment manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English and willingness to be based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Nice to have

• Experience building or leading a factory quality function from the ground up.
• Arabic proficiency.
