Senior Strategy Manager (Industrial Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead strategic planning, long-range planning, portfolio reviews, and executive strategy discussions across the Graphics Solutions Business.
• Translate long-term ambitions into strategic priorities, portfolio choices, investment trade-offs, and growth initiatives.
• Evaluate portfolio performance, market attractiveness, growth potential, profitability, strategic fit, and resource allocation opportunities.
• Develop market assessments, scenario analyses, business cases, and executive recommendations.
• Support evaluation of mergers, acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
• Build alignment across business units and functions through common planning frameworks, forums, and follow-up.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic planning, investment banking, corporate development, or business transformation.
• Experience leading complex strategic initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience developing business strategies, portfolio recommendations, investment cases, and executive-level decision materials.
• Experience or strong exposure to technology, industrial manufacturing, software, services, or capital equipment businesses.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, financial analysis, executive communication, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced business education preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with M&A, strategic partnerships, venture investments, or portfolio expansion.
