Solution Consultant - Switzerland (Enterprise Planning): Shaping planning solutions for prospects and customers through discovery, solution hypotheses, product demonstrations, and executive workshops with an accent on financial modeling, business analysis, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on diagnosing planning roadblocks, presenting customized product capabilities, and collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Location: Switzerland; remote work. Travel up to 25% of the time.

What you will do
- Discover planning roadblocks, business goals, and future-state requirements with prospects and customers.
- Develop solution hypotheses and demonstrate how planning strategies can evolve beyond the current state.
- Deliver customized product demonstrations addressing a wide range of business concerns.
- Run workshops with stakeholders to define planning, reporting, and collaboration processes.
- Present proposed solutions to executive audiences.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve products, processes, and customer experiences.
Requirements
- Experience implementing or administering enterprise planning or modeling technology, or prior pre-sales experience in enterprise planning or business process management.
- Background or degree in finance, supply chain, or a similar field.
- Experience with business analysis and financial modeling in CPG, Retail, or Life Sciences.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
