Treasury Implementation Consultant (German-Speaking)

Location: Luxembourg, Luxembourg. Hybrid work with in-office collaboration expected more than 10 days per month.

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions to identify client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements.
• Design and document target-state architectures and configure hirify.global Treasury solutions.
• Advise clients on treasury best practices and modernization of legacy processes.
• Deliver user training and support clients in achieving value from the platform.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to share client feedback and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in client-facing solution consulting or treasury software implementations.
• Proficiency in both English and German is required.
• Experience with complex software ecosystems and data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs.
• Expertise in treasury areas such as cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting.
• Background in Corporate Treasury, Accounting, or Finance, with confidence discussing cash flow, debt, and financial risk.
• Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to improving client outcomes.
