What you will do

• Coordinate business projects from planning through implementation across Promotions, Ticketing, Finance, Venues, and other teams.
• Understand existing ways of working and identify opportunities to improve business processes.
• Support teams in adopting new processes, functionality, and ways of working.
• Coordinate project activities, track progress, and help teams stay on schedule.
• Create guidance, training materials, and communications for new projects and processes.
• Support testing, feature launches, and continued use of the Salesforce-based Halo and Rome systems.

Requirements

• Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Clear and concise written communication.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent workstreams.
• Ability to understand, follow, and improve business processes.
• Problem-solving ability, adaptability, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
• Understanding of the live entertainment industry or strong motivation to learn how the business operates.

Nice to have

• Curiosity about AI and interest in using it to increase efficiency.
• Experience working with business intelligence or Salesforce-based systems.
