Senior Data Analyst (HealthTech)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end development of business-critical dashboards and reports using Tableau and BI tools.
• Analyze data from SQL/NoSQL databases, Airflow, and Excel to deliver actionable insights for executive decision-making.
• Partner with Data Engineering to ensure data quality, reliable pipelines, and well-structured data models.
• Monitor KPIs, flag trends, and identify bottlenecks across programs, funnels, and revenue.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in analytics and visualization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, ideally in tech or digital health.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and Tableau/BI dashboarding.
• Experience with Python (pandas/numpy), NoSQL, Airflow, and advanced Excel.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model at the Amsterdam HQ.
