Data Analyst / Data Lineage Consultant

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid model with an average of 60% office presence

Salary: Up to 110 PLN/h

What you will do

• Review and analyze databases together with existing technical documentation.
• Map data flows between systems and databases, including sources, transformations, and final destinations.
• Create and maintain data lineage documentation.
• Update data lineage information in the IBM IGC tool.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to clarify data dependencies.
• Support the project team with data analysis and documentation.

Requirements

• Foundational understanding of databases, data flows, and data structures.
• Good knowledge of SQL and experience with database, data warehouse, or BI testing.
• Ability to analyze and validate data and identify discrepancies.
• Basic working knowledge of Snowflake.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and basic project management experience.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge or hands-on experience with IBM IGC.
