Regional Marketing Manager, Benelux (Cybersecurity)

Location: Netherlands — Remote; willingness to travel within the Benelux region required.

What you will do

• Execute the regional marketing strategy for Benelux in alignment with pipeline targets and territory priorities.
• Develop market programs that reflect market maturity, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
• Design and deliver integrated marketing programs, events, executive engagements, and demand-generation campaigns.
• Partner with Regional Sales Directors and sales teams on territory plans and strategic accounts.
• Track KPIs, campaign effectiveness, pipeline impact, revenue contribution, and ROI.
• Analyze competitive activity and market trends and provide executive-level performance reporting.

Requirements

• B2B marketing experience in enterprise technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or a related industry.
• Experience managing multi-tactical regional marketing programs and aligning marketing strategy with sales and revenue outcomes.
• Experience with partner-led or indirect go-to-market environments and emerging markets.
• Data-driven approach with experience measuring pipeline and revenue contribution.
• Experience with CRM, event tools, and marketing reporting platforms such as Salesforce, Zuddl, or Tableau.
• Fluent English and Dutch required.
