What you will do
- Lead UX research across a business or product line and set the direction for research activities.
- Design and oversee studies using ethnographic research, usability testing, analytics, and other UX methods.
- Analyse user behaviours, needs, use cases, market segments, competitors, and research data.
- Translate insights into product strategy, design decisions, user-centred solutions, and key metrics.
- Produce research documentation and collaborate with product, UX, visual design, and technology teams.
- Mentor junior researchers and promote effective cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements

- Experience designing and overseeing user research initiatives.
