What you will do
- Build user-centred practices in new teams and embed them into agile workflows.
- Align user research activities with service propositions, strategic decisions, and delivery plans.
- Conduct primary and secondary user research using a broad range of methods.
- Analyse research data, synthesise findings, and present insights to different audiences.
- Promote inclusive research and help teams design accessible services for diverse users.
- Supervise and develop user researchers while assuring research quality and best practice.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of user research experience.
- Experience with GDS design principles or equivalent standards in the UK public sector.
- Full right to work in the UK.
- Eligible for security clearance.
- Understanding of the social and technological context of digital service projects.
- Experience with user-centred and agile practices, research analysis, synthesis, and presenting findings.
