What you will do

• Build user-centred practices in new teams.
• Align user research activities with wider plans to inform service propositions.
• Carry out user research and supervise and develop other user researchers.
• Help teams understand user diversity and design accessible services.
• Advise on research data analysis and synthesis methods.
• Present key research findings and their implications to different audiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of User Research experience.
• Experience working to GDS design principles or equivalent standards in the UK Public sector.
• Full right to work in the UK.
• Eligible for Security Clearance.
• Understanding of the social and technological context of projects.
• Familiarity with technologies used to build and operate digital services.
