Senior User Researcher

What you will do

• Build user-centred practices in new teams and embed them into agile workflows.
• Align user research activities with wider plans and service propositions.
• Conduct primary and secondary user research using a range of methods.
• Supervise and develop user researchers while improving research practice.
• Analyse and synthesise research data, critique findings, and present insights to different audiences.
• Advocate for inclusive research and help teams design accessible services for diverse users.

Requirements

• 4+ years of user research experience.
• Experience working with GDS design principles or equivalent standards in the UK public sector.
• Experience with user-centred practices, agile delivery, research analysis, and synthesis.
• Understanding of the social and technological context of digital services.
• Full right to work in the UK.
• Eligible for Security Clearance.
