Senior Odoo Functional Consultant (Polish Speaking)

What you will do

• Work directly with clients through interviews, workshops, demos, and training sessions.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into practical Odoo solutions.
• Design and configure functional solutions across relevant Odoo business areas.
• Support implementations from analysis and configuration through testing, go-live, and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with project managers and developers while advising clients on best practices.
• Own assigned functional areas and communicate directly with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant, Implementation Consultant, or Business Analyst.
• At least two end-to-end Odoo implementations.
• Strong customer-facing experience and the ability to work independently in a consulting environment.
• Knowledge of several Odoo areas, including Sales, Purchase, Inventory/Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Accounting/Finance.
• Conversational Polish is required.
• English at B2+ level is required.

Nice to have

• Strong Odoo Accounting or Finance expertise.
• Odoo Functional Certification.
• Experience with Odoo version migrations or Odoo Studio.
• Experience taking over or rescuing existing implementations.
• Previous experience working for an official Odoo partner.
