Senior Publishing Producer (Gamedev)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; in-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity. Relocation to Poland is required.

Salary: 20,100–31,790 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Coordinate development teams in preparing milestone deliveries and console submissions.
• Evaluate product milestones and provide regular feedback to development teams.
• Plan and implement development processes, tools, and tasks across projects.
• Identify and actively mitigate project risks to support successful outcomes.
• Synchronize planning and communication between development teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Support business and legal negotiations, budgeting, contract creation, and build preparation for external partners.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, or Release Manager in the gaming industry.
• Experience shipping complex game projects, including AAA titles or innovative mobile games.
• Experience collaborating across teams throughout the game development life cycle.
• Knowledge of game development, production processes, software development lifecycles, and related tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and project-tracking skills.
• Fluent English and familiarity with common gaming industry terminology.
