Salary: $101,300–$139,690 per year

What you will do

• Deliver industry-focused assurance and consulting services to middle-market clients.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to understand business goals and challenges.
• Design and implement testing to assess internal control deficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Manage fieldwork, engagement staffing, billing, collections, profitability targets, and timely delivery.
• Provide financial statement guidance, business recommendations, analysis, and actionable insights.
• Mentor and develop associates while contributing to client relationships and business growth.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience, including financial statement auditing experience.
• Four-year degree; a bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• Two or more years of supervisory, mentoring, or counseling experience is preferred.
• Management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience serving commercial, manufacturing, healthcare, or technology clients.
• Master's or other advanced degree.
• Strong Microsoft Suite and professional software skills.
• Experience leading teams and delivering exceptional client service.
