Social Media & Community Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own hirify.global's social presence across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitch, GitHub, Hacker News, Discord, Reddit, and relevant developer channels.
• Build technical audiences and communities online and in person through events, meetups, and launches.
• Create campaigns highlighting hirify.global's culture, people, engineering challenges, customer wins, launches, and milestones.
• Help founders and engineers communicate their work through threads, a technical blog, livestreams, and talks.
• Shape the employer brand and turn public attention into strong candidates while supporting investor and journalist interest.
• Track engagement and the conversion of social activity into candidates, then improve the highest-performing work.

Requirements

• Genuine participation in the developer and technology community, ideally with experience coming from it.
• Track record of growing an online audience or community for a B2B, SaaS, developer-focused company, or personal brand.
• Strong point of view and the ability to create distinctive content that people quote rather than scroll past.
• Exceptional writing skills, including making complex technical ideas sharp and engaging without compromising accuracy.
• Ability to adapt messaging for developers, journalists, investors, IT leaders, executives, and other audiences within one company voice.
• Comfort working closely with engineers, understanding technical details, and communicating them accurately.
• Clear strength in social or community work, with hands-on execution and a bias to action regardless of seniority.
• Appetite for working in the office every day in London.
