What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI Specialists.
• Define the Analytics & AI strategy, roadmap, and responsible AI adoption across the organisation.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to convert challenges into analytics and AI solutions.
• Lead the development, deployment, and operation of scalable AI, machine learning, and MLOps platforms.
• Provide technical leadership in AI, GenAI, machine learning, architecture, and modern AI technologies.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI, including building and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong expertise in AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, enterprise-scale solution delivery, and AI adoption.
• Hands-on knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, cloud platforms, Python, LLMs, Generative AI, and AI Agents.
• Ability to translate business opportunities into impactful solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, energy, or other industrial environments.
• Experience with Azure cloud platforms.
